A mailing list would be perfect imo we have a full history of what we say and it's open to everyone

we should also arrange for daily postings on /b/, /a/, /x/, /r9k/ and other sites.

If we post daily on /b/ and the like, its more than likely that we will get spamfucked or flamed to death. Many forums have already expressed their feelings on on our recruitment threads. The last thing we would want is to make our spam worse. We should just keep it here.

Villainy is right, make a post about every 3-4 days explaining our cause, a complete thread should be held by a few people that will take care of reposting it when the time is due, that way we won't get anyone spamming the chans.

/tv/ and /a/ are already tired of us. we might even need to wait more than 3-4 days on the smaller forums.

I said this in a couple others, don't post unless we're doing something. At this point we've pulled the people who care. Now we need to sit and wait till we are doing something. Maybe make a thread in the usual places about the media alerting campaign but then shut up. We don't want our base support getting tired of our spam

I can setup a mailing list easily in Thunderbird, I just wouldn't know how to get the emails and, and what to send.

Well, with the meetings, Villainy will put together some notes on what transpires, and you can send that.

I started a thread on what the main points are, but I did it quickly, just so it was there. here in a while i'll cover the nights in more detail.

Frosty mentioned a mailing list and I said I could set one up, but lacking some of the "features" he wanted. For instance I can archive files locally but not on the web. There will be no site for users to put in their email so we would need a list of sorts, making us vulnerable to spam.
if anyone has the means to do this in a better way. Preferably, but not necessarily, in a mailman (the program) kind of way please do so.
This will not stop me from doing it if enough of you want it.

Daily meetings would be too much as there would be not enough new developments to discuss due to the short time between meetings.
A bi-weekly or weekly meeting would be best. Through the week, perhaps on Mondays because that is generally a day when people are not away from the home.
People on the board could all set their time to GMT 0:00 so they would know when the meeting is without having to worry about figuring out time zones.

Truth be told canadian, we've all been on quite most the day for 3 days now. Its a serious project, requiring some serious hours put down. I can't speak for everyone, but for the most part, we stay pretty active.

Unfortunately since I have work through the week I cannot be on through most of the day. The night is when I am available.
